SCHOOL CLINIC
Please notify your child's teacher and the office if your child has an existing illness such as asthma, seizures or a food allergy. The clinic is open during school hours for students. It is very important that you pick up your sick child within 20 minutes of a call from the clinic since we have limited bed space.
It is also extremely important that you notify the school any time there is a change in your phone number or emergency contact person. It is crucial that we be able to contact you in the event of illness or injury.
